Poop and needles litter the streets of San Francisco, but they 'lead' the world in waste mgmt

Newly elected mayor of San Francisco, London Breed, admitted in one of her first interviews since she took office that human feces on the streets of San Francisco are the worst she's ever seen.

“I will say there is more feces on the sidewalks than I’ve ever seen growing up here," said London Breed to KNTV.

“That is a huge problem and we are not just talking about from dogs — we’re talking about from humans.”

Although San Francisco diverts 80 percent of its waste from landfills, the streets remain littered with feces and drug needles.
