Silent cars are a thing of the past

On Pat & Stu, Jeffy Fisher chimes in to describe a new electric car regulation that will require noiseless automobiles to make sound when travelling at low speeds for safety reasons. Pat Gray and Stu Burguiere seize this opportunity to bemoan the epidemic of over-regulation plaguing American industry — and to debate what sound these cars should make.

"Blind person alert! Blind person alert!" Jeffy exclaims.

This gives Stu an idea: "Maybe that's what it should be. Just Jeffy on a speaker yelling, 'Blind persons, look out! Blind persons, look out!'"
