Media Obama worries his credit card won‘t ’go through’

NBC’s Washington affiliate caught President Barack Obama‘s Christmas shopping trip Wednesday on video. As Hot Air notes, the best part of the venture is when Obama goes to checkout at Best Buy and wonders (jokingly) if his method of payment will be good.

“I do have a credit card and I’ve got cash, too,” Obama tells the sales associate. “Let’s see if my credit card still works. It‘ll be really embarrassing if it doesn’t go through.”

There’s also some footage of him at the restaurant where he ordered his $60 pizzas after shopping.

    Oh the One is sooo funny isn’t he? While he vacations, golfs, throws lavish parties the people are told by him they need to go deeper in debt to the tune of 1.2 trilllion more so he can pump money to his friends liked the investors at Solindra.     Now they believe in christmas and exchanging gifts People article Aug 2008 they do not give gifts to the kids for birthdays! This year they are going all out. first year they let HGTV in the white house,something I really enjoyed when Laura Bush was there..It must be getting close to election year you think!! They are going to put the arrogant Obama away till after the election.

    This an example of the continued debasement of not only American culture, but Western Civilization as a whole. President Obama is not a child of Western thought and it is not his goal to champion it or perpetuate its existence. He is of the anti-West and his each and every action is executed with the singular goal of destroying Western culture.

    An American President would be spending time with his troops and the First Lady performing charitable works.

    An American President would never pretend to be a working Joe with bad credit, he would never debase his Presidential position with such deceptions and lies. It is purposefully designed to anger the real working Joe who has to witness the charade.

    Is it me, or did some people show the expression “I can’t believe he is doing this political stunt” in the video?

    Also, to be fair, I thought the President handled himself well and was personable to people in each store.

    (half-jokingly) Loser. I make about 6% of what he does and can manage to do without credit cards. Maybe if he stopped trying to take separate private jets than his wife, than he would have enough money to go without them.
