Marine's Flip Out on Giant Slingshot Ride Goes Viral: 'That Was Not a Countdown!

You probably know someone like the Marine you're about to see. Roller coasters and other amusement park rides might freak the person out, but he's a good sport and tries them anyway. And when he does, the reaction is almost apocalyptic. That's what you're about to see this guy do.

A video posted on Saturday is going viral after it shows what it says is a Marine riding a Giant Slingshot in Orlando with his friend. The Marine, on the left, is obviously a little skittish, while is friend is enjoying watching the Marine squirm. In fact, the Marine even asks the ride attendant for a countdown, and the attendant obliges -- momentarily: he quickly flips the switch before giving any such countdown. That leads to the line everyone might be yelling by day's end: "That was not a countdown!"
