Appearing on "Fox & Friends" Tuesday, conservative commentator Ben Shapiro slammed the mainstream media's anti-Israel bias in covering terrorist so-called "Palestinian protesters" attempting to invade Israel on the Gaza border and Israel's forceful response.
"There are so many media outlets that are acting as propaganda arms for Hamas," Shapiro said. "Hamas has not been unclear about their intents here. They have been saying for weeks they want to send literally 100,000 people to storm the border with Israel. Hamas has been obvious, they say 'we want to break in, we want to kill Israelis.'"
"They're not hiding the ball here, and the media are hiding the ball," Shapiro added. "The media are playing propaganda wing for a terrorist group."
In a column for the Daily Wire, Shapiro shows how Hamas is inciting violence against Israeli security forces and hiding behind women and children as they march on the Israeli border. But in the mainstream media, these are some of the headlines you'll read:
- New York Times opinion: "A grotesque spectacle in Jerusalem."
- New York Times: "I helped start the Gaza protests. I don’t regret it."
- New York Times: "Killings in Gaza, new embassy in Jerusalem, and peace as distant as ever."
- New York Times Editorial Board: "Trump’s failure in Jerusalem."
- Washington Post Opinion: "Nothing says 'peace' like 58 dead Palestinians."
- The Intercept: "Ivanka Trump opens U.S. embassy in Jerusalem during Israeli massacre of Palestinians in Gaza."
- CNN: "Dozens die as U.S. Embassy opens in Jerusalem."
- Haaretz opinion: "Trump’s embassy move intensifies America’s immoral support for Israel’s alt-right government."
And don't forget this horrible front page from the New York Daily News:
