Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin wants President Donald Trump to stop attacking Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Twitter.
Recently, the president has taken to criticizing the attorney general, ostensibly for failing to pursue the investigation against Hillary Clinton. Tuesday morning, President Trump accused Sessions of taking a “VERY weak position on Hillary Clinton crimes.”

Levin reminded President Trump in a Facebook post that he himself said his administration would not pursue the investigation against Hillary back in November.

“I don’t want to hurt the Clintons, I really don’t,” Mr. Trump told the New York Times. “She went through a lot and suffered greatly in many different ways, and I am not looking to hurt them at all. The campaign was vicious.”
Trump said he wanted to “move forward” and that “it’s not something I feel very strongly about,” making clear that investigating Hillary Clinton would not be a priority for his administration.
At the time, conservatives criticized President Trump for breaking his promise to pursue the investigation into Clinton’s mishandling of classified information with these very weak statements to the New York Times.
