Conservatives accused of attacking Ocasio-Cortez for dance video. That's not really what happened

We're all pretty okay with the video

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) gets attacked by conservatives for numerous things, such as her sometimes-nonsensical answers on policy and economics questions, or her unabashed socialist leaning.

Thursday, someone posted a years-old video of Ocasio-Cortez dancing in college. Despite most conservatives in media shrugging off the video, some people had the idea that the video was leaked as an attack by conservatives en masse on the Democratic up-and-comer.

Here's what (reasonable) conservatives were actually saying about the video:

AOC seems like a nice woman. I, and probably most conservatives, don't have anything against her personally. We just have different politics. But the false narrative that "the right" as a whole was attacking her for dancing in college was in full effect on Twitter.
