Suspect Jumps Out of Moving Police Car While Cruising Down Freeway

I was sick.
That's the excuse 20-year-old Nicholas Duffy gave for jumping out of a moving patrol car in Sandy, UT. Duffy had been arrested on outstanding warrants and was being transported to jail when he said he was not feeling well. When the officer rolled down the back window, Duffy used that as his escape opportunity. The car had slowed to about 30 mph by the time he wiggled his way out the car and landed on the pavement:

KSL reports Duffy was arrested again and taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
