Reports are breaking out of China that the government has blocked internet searches for the word "Egypt" using Chinese characters. You can still search using English characters, but Chinese language searches have been blocked. Apparently there is concern that Egypt's uprising might put the stability of China's regime at risk.
For the record, Facebook and Twitter are already blocked by the Chinese government, but citizens are permitted to use Sina.com's messaging service Weibo. It is on Weibo that "Egypt" is currently considered a no-no.
