Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) could win the "viral video of the day" award for this one.
During today's radical Islam hearings, Lee not only got reprimanded, but she also launched into a nutty soliloquy that included her quoting herself (in the third person) and also channeling the "pain" of the "breathing" Constitution.
I once read a sign that said, "Look out below." I think that's appropriate here:
