Summertime brings wonderful experiences at State Fairs all around the country. These fairs are also the place where some of America's most adventurous chefs unveil their latest culinary breakthroughs.

Behold 2011's entry, from the frying genius Charlie Boghosian - Deep-Fried Kool Aid!

In previous years Charlie Boghosian has combined many tasty treats to create delightful fair food. Charlie is credited with creating deep-fried Oreo cookies and Twinkies.

In 2008 he gave us Fried Pop Tarts (and they are as delicious as they sound)
