Understanding that a) Congress is divided, and b) 2012 is drawing closer every day, White House press secretary Jay Carney noted Monday that President Obama plans to continue circumventing the federal legislature to drive his agenda forward.
How? With more executive orders, of course:
Carney said that “you’ll be seeing more of” the use of executive orders. “Why use it? Because we have to do everything we can,” he said of the economy.
