Glaring omission in Ginni Thomas, Herman Cain interview

Who's the one person who can probably relate to what Herman Cain is going through right now? Justice Clarence Thomas, duh. But Thomas' wife Ginni would come in a very close second. And yet she sat down with the presidential candidate for an interview and didn't ask a single question about the old sexual harassment allegations currently engulfing Cain's campaign. Or at least, not a single question about them made it into the video posted on the Daily Caller.

They chat about Cain's media tour through D.C, whether he "really" thinks that China doesn't already have nuclear capabilities and the "Fast and Furious" scandal. But, other than asking a vague question about whether reporters are "setting you up," nothing about the harassment claims.

You never see Ginni in the interview, which appears to take place in a motel room (that was uncomfortable to write, believe me). You hear her say "Okay" at one point, but that's it.

There's an interesting dichotomy in having these two in the same place talking politics. I just wish she had asked what inquiring minds want to know.

Have a look.
