Hobo Chris Matthews staggers into CPAC

My buddy Alan Moore at Townhall sent me this photo of a disheveled Chris Matthews who had apparently just staggered up to the Townhall booth at CPAC. According to those who saw him, his rumpled appearance gave the impression that he had slept in his clothes on the street and had just woken up before wandering into the conservative convention.
