Ron Paul decides it's a good time to attack Romney

It was reported by the New York Times recently that Ron Paul and Mitt Romney are kind of BFFs. Then a study showed that Paul hasn't attacked Romney a single time in the 89,000(000) debates the Republican presidential candidates have participated in.

Under the microscope, Paul finally sent an email to supporters, throwing some obligatory punches towards Romney's general direction.

From the Huffington Post:

The email points to an ad that Paul ran titled "Three of a Kind" in which he goes after Romney, along with former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former Sen. Rick Santorum. Elsewhere, the email offers a detailed critique of Romney's support for the TARP bailout, traditional marriage, abortion, gun rights, taxes and spending.

"Mitt Romney has been on both sides of virtually every issue important to conservative voters," it reads.
