--Rick Santorum describing on "Meet the Press" Sunday the perfect conditions it would take for him to cede the Republican presidential primary race to Mitt Romney. In short, Santorum will "step aside" when Romney officially wins the nomination (which takes 1,144 delegates). This is like an ex saying, "Yes, I promise to stop calling you when you block my number."
