Cher Goes on Twitter Rant Against Romney & His 'Racist Homophobic Women-Hating Tea-Bagger Masters

"TOO HARSH? Thats me Holding BACK!"

Cher isn't one for hiding her disdain for the Republican Party. In fact, she frequently takes to Twitter, a social media platform, to spread her political views. Last night was no exception, as the pop singer used her personal account to slam Mitt Romney, saying that she doesn't want to breathe the same air as the candidate and his "racist homophobic women hating tea bagger masters."

The anti-GOP Tweets were unleashed in a series. The first message read, "If ROMNEY gets elected I don't know if i can breathe same air as Him & his Right Wing Racist Homophobic Women Hating Tea Bagger Masters."

She followed this mini-rant up with a clarification. After all, she didn't want her fans and followers to misunderstand the supposedly veracious point she was trying to make (interestingly, the Tweet appeared to be missing from her feed and was re-posted hours later word-for-word).

"TOO HARSH? Thats me Holding BACK!," she continued. "They care nothing about the POOR The OLD The SICK The HUNGRY CHILDREN & People striving 4 a Better LIFE!"

Next, Cher told her fans that she needed to go to bed before she got "a little perturbed." Apparently, her previous Tweets were indicative of a woman who had not yet been tipped by anger, resentment and anti-Republican rage.

But, not long after her bedtime warning was posted, she was back at it again, writing, "Tell The Truth (lyric of new song) Supreme Court GONE, Women & Children Left Behind! GOD HELP US ! RT @CelebritiZzeMe YOU REALLY ARE ANGRY ?"

Twitchy poked fun -- understandably -- at Cher's choice of capitalization throughout her Tweets, calling it "a little haphazard." The outlet continued, writing, "but since we’re not out of our minds with ignorant RAGE, maybe we’re not seeing the method to her madness."
