Govt advice to the bullied: Stop, drop and roll

In light of the strange story from yesterday about Mitt Romneycutting a kid's hair off in high school, The Washington Times' Kerry Picket has a look at advice the federal government offers children who are victims of bullying. It includes:

Look at the kid bullying you and tell him or her to stop in a calm, clear voice. You can also try to laugh it off.

Don’t fight back. Find an adult to stop the bullying on the spot.

Laugh it off and don't fight back. By nature of being young, children can't help but be stupid. But they can't be that stupid, right?
