Cafe diaries

While writing outside a restaurant in Washington, D.C., today a random passerby with a portable CD player (they still exist) asked me to Google search "Orbit, The Beat Goes On" for him. I gathered that it was a song because he said he wanted to see the "album artwork" for it.

Being the upstanding citizen I am, I oblige and show the guy what I've found.

He then asks if I'll search something else. I tell him no because I'm working and I also don't feel like it. He says "thank you" and walks away.

So strange.

But, for your enjoyment, here's "The Beat Goes On" by Orbit. It's terrible.
