Biden eats ice cream, misspells woman's name

A pool report noted by TIME shows us the Joe Biden we've all come to know and love, year in and year out.

From the report filed yesterday in Manchester, Iowa:

As he ate his ice cream, Biden signed an autograph for a young woman who had with her a book that he had signed during an earlier visit. He had signed her name wrong in the book inscription, she said. In the autograph, written on what appeared to be Office of the Vice President stationary, Biden said he would not misspell her name again.
