That's the argument from MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell and his guest, Goldie Taylor, made during the Wednesday evening broadcast. O'Donnell claimed that the GOP's "Southern strategy" included "an appeal to racism and racist voting." Taylor eagerly agreed with O'Donnell's assessment and went on to say that Romney didn't go to the NAACP convention because he wanted to engage with the black community, but instead wanted to create a spectacle for racist Republicans to enjoy.
