Thanking Barack Obama for a successful stimulus

He may not have succeeded in stimulating the nation's economy, but without President Barack Obama and his liberal Democrat friends, it may not have been possible for guns and the Second Amendment to be as widely approved of as they are today.

“The greatest accomplishment of the believers of the Second Amendment today over a decade ago or more is that guns are cool,” says National Rifle Association (NRA) President David Keene.  Speaking to an audience at CPAC, Keene noted, "That wasn't the case before."

After an intern approached him and said, "Mr. Keene, you don’t know how right you are. My sorority, every Friday, we all go out to the range to shoot,” Kenne responded: "'Young lady, 45 years ago, if I tried to ask out a girl to go to the range and shoot with me, I wouldn’t have gotten that date.’ This is a different America than we’ve had before," he says.
