Current TV's Cenk Uygur: Ryan 'likes fetuses,' Biden 'doesn't have to be liked

On a discussion panel following the V.P. debate last night, Current TV's Cenk Uygur spoke in favor of Vice President Joe Biden's strategy.

"He came in and he knew he was going to laugh at [Paul Ryan] throughout the debate. And he laughed at him throughout the debate," Uygur said. "He laughed at him!"

Uygur continued, "You know why I love that strategy, Joe Biden doesn't have to be liked. He's not running for president. He has to come out there and attack. … The audience looks at this and says that kid, who's that kid Paul Ryan? I don't want that guy being president. You know why he likes fetuses so much? Because he looked like one next to Biden."

Eliot Spitzer, also a host on Current, jumped in to cut Uygur off. "Stop, that's enough. You're wrong," he said.
