Hot dogs? Soda? Car wash? President?Just when you thought it was safe to go to the gas station, Republican Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign is unveiling ads on digital gasoline pump screens at an undisclosed number of fueling stations in metro Detroit.
The campaign wouldn’t say how much the advertising effort costs or how widespread it is, only that it is expected to be very visible between now and the election Tuesday.
