I do "follow" the Pope on Twitter. (That's a phrase I never expected to use.) And at press time, the Holy Father had 674, 832 followers. He should blast past the million mark very shortly.

Yes. Well, sort of.
The profile of @Pontifex lists seven accounts that he follows. However, they all appear to be his accounts, just in different languages.
