GOP Rep: Obama's Second Term Won't Be Any Better for America Than the First

The American unemployment rate has plateaued around 7.8 percent for the last four months, and a handful of big companies like Best Buy, Sears and Hannaford have announced recent layoffs. President Obama has still not presented a budget for the next fiscal year leading to questions from conservatives about the president's priorities on the economy, as he has kicked off term two with legislative pushes on Immigration and gun control.

On 'Wilkow!' Thursday Republican Rep. Scott Perry came on to discuss the president's inability to slow down job loss, and what the Republican Party can do to call attention to Obama's push for more spending and taxes without any evidence of economic improvement.
