Raise your hand if this incident actually came as a surprise to you...

Twitchy half-jokingly wondered if Sen. McCain didn't give the woman a leg-up:

The only surprise is that he didn’t give her a boost up and over while doing his trademark “Shamnesty Shake.” Remember, Sen. McCain just gleefully posed with a group of SEIU sign-wielding “immigration reform” advocates.

Side note: Are these members of Congress modeling some sort of new Border Patrol uniform?
