Well here's something I haven't thought of... Senator Allen West?
In an interview with DC's WMAL radio this morning, the former Florida congressman said challenging Sen. Marco Rubio in a Republican primary would be a "heavy lift," and also create a big GOP divide that could benefit Democrats.
That said, however, West didn't totally rule out the idea, saying, "We'll see what happens down the pike."
Rubio has been attracting negative attention from conservatives in recent months in his push for comprehensive immigration reform with moderates and liberals, including Sens. Lindsey Graham and John McCain.
