A 10th woman has come forward to accusing San Diego Mayor Bob Filner of sexual harassment, according to KGTV-TV.
The incident occurred at the La Jolla Presbyterian Church in June, according to Renee Estill-Sombright, who told KGTV, "We were standing face-to-face and he held on to me and he was like, 'You are so beautiful,'."

Estill-Sombright was at the church for a breakfast benefiting a group that helps refugees from Africa. KGTV reports she had met Filner once before and walked over to him and reintroduced herself.
Filner grabbed and held on to both her hands, Estill-Sombright told KGTV: "'You are so beautiful and I cannot take my eyes off of you,'" she said Filner told her.
Then things got creepier when Filner allegedly asked, "'Do you have a husband? Are you married?' And I was like, that was kind of odd for him to ask me that," recalled Estill-Sombright.
"And he said, 'Well, you know this is a personal invitation. I would like to take you out sometime,'" she told KGTV.
Later that day Estill-Sombright confided in her assistant branch manager.
"I was like, the mayor came at me and she said, 'What? He's engaged,'" Estill-Sombright told KGTV. "I said, 'Oh my gosh ... nasty, just nasty.'"
Estill-Sombright has joined with her fellow accusers in calling for Filner to step down immediately, KGTV reports.
