About that...
Doesn't the document look like a Hollywood stereotype of what a classified document would actually look like? And doesn't "CODEWORD" written across it in red look like what would be a space filler before an actual codeword were inserted?
The photo makes The Onion come to mind, which caricatures Biden as a roughneck, inappropriate, un-self aware fixture of the Obama administration; someone who couldn't actually be trusted with a classified document but would be given a fake one as to make him feel important.
