"So the Republicans better find another horse to ride because they can't ride this one."
Former Pennsylvania Governor and Democratic stalwart Ed Rendell is lauding the progress of Obamacare, calling the past several days "a great week" for the program amid continued issues with signups and the website.

Rendell even did what sounded like a victory lap around the GOP: "And the sad part for the Republicans is that it's only going to get worse for them," he said during his appearance on MSNBC's "Politics Nation" Friday.
"As time goes on, as the kinks are totally smoothed out of the system, people are going to find that this bill — the 31 million who never had health care are going to find that it's like..."
(Cue biblical drum-roll)
"...manna from heaven."
Rendell went on to insist that others will find they're getting "better plans" and the "freedom to choose" as the program becomes "more successful each month that passes."
"So the Republicans better find another horse to ride because they can't ride this one," he concluded.
