What a Florida Man Did to a UPS Driver Is Definitely Not the Best Way to Handle a Parking Dispute
December 18, 2013
A Florida man was arrested Tuesday for pointing a gun at a UPS driver who he said blocked a handicapped parking spot.
According to WKMG-TV, police said the driver delivering packages was not illegally blocking a spot and noted there were other handicapped spaces available. Still, 74-year-old Donald Feinman pulled out a semi-automatic gun and pointed it at the UPS employee.
The firearm had one round in the chamber and seven rounds in the clip, according to WESH-TV.

Kevin Anderson, who witnessed this event, said he heard Feinman say, "yeah, talk to this" as he pointed the firearm.
Watch footage of Feinman's arrest in WESH-TV's report:
Feinman was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
