We Listened': Cracker Barrel Reverses Decision to Remove 'Duck Dynasty' Products From Stores
December 22, 2013
"...we apologize for offending you."
Cracker Barrel announced Sunday they have reversed a decision to remove select "Duck Dynasty" products from their southern-themed restaurants, following outcry from their loyal supporters.
The company made the announcement on Facebook, saying their "intent was to avoid offending, but that’s just what we've done."
On Friday, the chain reacted to the growing controversy around “Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson’s comments on homosexuality by removing some products from their stores.
On Wednesday, A&E placed the "duck commander" on indefinite hiatus following a number of comments where Robertson gave his brutally honest opinion about homosexuality.
