It's cold outside, yes. Super cold. So cold, even, a well-respected journalist and author might show up on national television in a semi-turtleneck sweater.
Time magazine's Mark Halperin, also co-author of the popular political insider books "Game Change" and "Double Down," appeared on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Tuesday to talk news. But whatever insights he had on the day's events were lost on us as our focused remained steady on his distracting, baggy gray top.
Halperin usually shows up on TV in his morning best, some type of suit and tie. But this is a garment not unlike those worn by the Star Trek character Wesley Crusher...
