But suffice it to say that Michelle Obama made an appearance on the "Tonight Show" Thursday with Jimmy Fallon and starred in a skit featuring a cross-dressing Fallon and Will Ferrell. Of course, the theme of healthy eating and exercise managed to make it in the sketch:
