"Stop moving that, that, that ... you know — what's this thing called?"
Vice President Joe Biden appeared to have trouble reading a teleprompter during an event Friday.
"Stop moving that, that, that ... you know — what's this thing called?" Biden asked in the middle of his speech. "You know, a teleprompter."
"Barack always kids and he says, 'I'm learning to speak without a teleprompter, Joe is learning to speak with one," he added.
