There's a 'March Madness'-Style Game to Determine President Obama's 'Worst Constitutional Violation

"We've gone from the opening 32, to we're now at the sweet 16..."

President Obama recently made headlines for filling out his own March Madness bracket, with some saying he should be focusing on more pressing geopolitical matters in Ukraine.

U.S. Senate candidate Ben Sasse of Nebraska responded by creating an online "Constitutional March Madness" game Americans can play by selecting the president's "worst constitutional violation."

The options include: collecting bulk data from Americans' cell phones; using the IRS to suppress Tea Party free speech; asserting executive privilege over Fast and Furious investigative documents; forcing taxpayers to violate religious conscience by funding abortion through Obamacare, and many more.

Sasse appeared on the Glenn Beck Program Monday to further explain the bracket, saying there are a "handful" of options that could be described as "just egregious executive branch overreach," but the "vast majority ... are just an attack on the Constitution."

"We've gone from the opening 32, to we're now at the sweet 16," Sasse said, before walking through which violations have "moved on" so far.

He encouraged Americans to go to constitutionalmadness.com to get involved.
