A Russian driver wasn't about to lead cops on a lengthy high-speed chase, instead he ended it shortly after it began by incapacitating the police car that was going after him.
The officer was trying to make the drunk driving suspect pull over when he instead rammed the side of the cop car, forcing it to flip over a roadside guard rail into a ditch.
Because nearly everyone in Russia has dashboard-mounted cameras, another driver recorded the whole thing and sent it to Ivan Ivanovich's YouTube channel.

Ivanovitch later posted a recording of a news report that showed the man in custody and included point-of-view footage from the police car:
According to the description of the video, the cop suffered minor injuries. The offending driver was caught later down the road after fleeing the scene.
In custody, it was determined that he was in fact driving while intoxicated, and he was also charged for leaving the scene of an accident.
