Pittsburgh Steelers Running Backs Arrested After Police Find 20 Grams of Marijuana in Car: Report

They were charged and released.

Two Pittsburgh Steelers running backs, Le’Veon Bell and LaGarette Blount, were arrested by police in Ross Township, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday after they were caught with 20 grams of marijuana, TMZ Sports reports.

Police reportedly told the website that the NFL players were pulled over by a motorcycle cop, who claims to have smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle they were traveling in.

After some questioning, police reportedly found 20 grams of marijuana inside the black Camaro.

Bell faces misdemeanor DUI and marijuana possession charges while Blount was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession.

TMZ Sports reports that both Steelers running backs were released after being charged.
