"The video opens with a unusual sunrise in smoke-filled Yosemite Valley."
A new video posted online Tuesday provides time-lapse footage of the Yosemite Meadows fire as it progressed through the California national park.
"The video opens with a unusual sunrise in smoke-filled Yosemite Valley," QT Long, who uploaded the video, wrote on YouTube. "Next we move to Glacier Point from where you see the Meadow Fire on the nights of Sept 8 and Sept 9, 2014, separated by a smoky sunrise."
At the time of publication, the video had 30 views.
More than 100 firefighters and about a dozen aircrafts fought the blaze, which may have been sparked by a bolt of lightning.
