A viral video showing a young woman shouting at a man on the New York City subway has police in the Big Apple looking into what might have occurred just moments before he responded with a slap that has the Internet abuzz.
The undated footage posted to YouTube Saturday shows the woman being egged on by two others. The three of them eventually noticed another passenger recording the incident and it appears they got up to knock the camera out of that passenger's hands.
One of the women continued mocking the other man, berating him for what he was wearing (an 8-ball jacket and fur hat).
"You sound stupid," she yelled just before appearing to hit the man in the back of the head.
"What you call me?" she said.
But it seemed the man had enough when he turned around and slapped her across the face. From there the entire train erupted into screaming chaos.
A few passengers visibly made their way to the other side of the train, deciding to have no part in that brawl.
