Just take a look.

Each Veterans Day, something special happens for approximately one minute at the Anthem Veterans Memorial in Arizona.

Five marble pillars, representing each branch of the U.S. military, are perfectly aligned to allow the sun to shine through each pillar's elliptical opening at 11:11 a.m. on 11/11 and illuminate a glass mosaic medallion of the Great Seal of the United States.

In addition, the bricks inside the Circle of Honor are inscribed with the names of servicemen and women.

The stunning display was designed by Anthem resident Renee Palmer-Jones and its chief engineer Jim Martin, according to an Arizona travel website. It's located inside the Anthem Community Park.
