Black Radio Caller Explodes on 'White, Liberal Hippie Kids' Protesting Police Killings: 'That's Not What Happened, You Idiots!

A black man, identified only as Ed from Queens, New York, called into SiriusXM’s “Opie with Jim Norton” show on Thursday to defend the grand jury decisions in the police-involved killings of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, and Eric Garner in New York City.

During his fiery rant, which immediately sparked some heated exchanges in the comments section of Gregg “Opie” Hughes’ official YouTube channel, Ed angrily bashed “white, liberal hippie kids” who are protesting the deaths of “criminals” and also alleged there's a racial double standard when it comes to officers killing “white kids.”

“What bothers me more than anything, as a black male, is being represented by pieces of s**t like Al Sharpton, and having white liberal hippie kids trying to shout, ‘black lives matter.’ But the thing about is, they are completely glossing over the fact that these people are criminals,” the caller said.

He continued: “And they never, ever talk about all the white cops that are shooting white kids. Have you even heard of Christopher Roupe?”

Roupe, 17, was fatally shot by a female officer after she mistook the Wii remote in his hand for a firearm. A grand jury later determined that the officer did not use authorized force when she shot the teen.

The caller also claimed that both Brown and Garner would still be alive if they complied with police officers and didn’t break the law.

“I support the NYPD, I support the Ferguson police,” Ed said, adding that people who think the police are corrupt should become police officers. “But they don’t want to do that. … I’m a regular f***ing citizen and I’m sick and tired of these people.”

He went on to call the subset of violent protesters “uncontrollable.” But he went even further, adding, “Until you put a Taser up their ass or a bullet in their head, you’ve got to deal with these pieces of s**t.”

Ed further defended police officers, arguing that cops aren't going out and shooting black kids in schools, they are going after the "criminals."

“So all of these stupid f***ing white, liberal hippies who are walking around, ‘hands up, don’t shoot’ — that’s not what happened, you idiots! That’s not what happened! When he robbed that f***ing store his hands were up,” Ed said. “Stop with the bulls**t! I’m sick and tired of it, every last motherf***ing one of you!”

After stating that he's even larger than Garner was, Ed said the cops will inevitably go after anyone who acts like an "a**hole" or does "criminal s**t."
