Why is the CIA tweeting in Russian?

To what does the above message from the CIA's twitter account translate?

"I wrote the novel in order for it to be published and read, and that remains my only desire."

That quote comes from author Boris Pasternak, and concerns his famous 20th century novel, "Doctor Zhivago."

The CIA tweeted out Pasternak's words in connection with an event being held today titled "Marshall Plan for the Mind," focusing on the efforts of the CIA to undermine Communism in the war of ideas through covertly funneling subversive books like "Doctor Zhivago" into the hands of Soviet citizens.
