Woman on Safari Screams After Lion's Unexpected, Terrifying Move: 'I Didn't Know They Could Do That

A woman out on a South African safari let out a scream after a lion used its mouth to open her car door.

"Oh my gosh! I didn't know they could do that!" she said after quickly shutting the door.

Joshua Sutherland, who uploaded the footage, elaborated more.

"Did you know lions could open car doors?" he wrote. "My sisters were visiting our parents, while serving a mission in South Africa, and had an experience of a lifetime."

The footage was published in 2014, but only gained widespread attention online this week. At the time of publication, it had received more than 1.4 million views on YouTube.
