Australian Man 'Bolted for the Door' When He 'Peeked in' and Saw What Was Hidden Inside Cereal Box
"[I] couldn't believe it..."
An Australian man received quite the shock last Tuesday when he discovered a large diamond python inside a Corn Flakes cereal box.
"It was super weird," Jarred Smith, 22, told Australia's Daily Telegraph.

“I peaked in the box, saw its head pop out and that’s when I dropped my food on the counter and bolted for the door," the man added.
The 22-year-old called the NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service organization. Chris McGreal, a WIRES worker, was deployed to the house to return it to the wilderness, the Telegraph reported.
“The python was over 2m long and I couldn’t believe it was jammed into this small cereal box,” he said. "When I got there I actually had to tear the box to get it out, that's how tightly squeezed in it it was."
According to the Australia Zoo, the diamond python is a non-venomous snake that often makes a home on the roofs of houses. The snake kills its prey by coiling around it and squeezing the animal until it suffocates.
