Liberal Analyst on Hillary Clinton's Campaign: 'I Don't Think I've Seen a More Contrived-Appearing Campaign Ever

"It’s just been horrible."

Forbes contributor Rick Ungar — who writes "from the left on politics and policy" — had some stinging observations Sunday about how Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign has come across so far.

Appearing with a panel on MSNBC's "Up with Steve Kornacki," Ungar began by saying, “I wish I could sit here and say it's been a wonderful week for Hillary Clinton, but it hasn't."

"All political campaigns are contrived," he continued. "But the whole point of a good one is to contrive the campaign to not appear contrived. And I don’t think I’ve seen a more contrived-appearing campaign ever. It’s just been horrible."
