Police in Florida are looking for the man seen on surveillance video reaching to snap a picture up a woman's dress.

The disturbing encounter happened Monday at a Walmart in Sanford. In the video, the woman is seen facing the shelves along one aisle as the suspect creeps up and holds out his cellphone in an apparent attempt to see beneath her clothing.
The woman suddenly turns around and the suspect bolts. Police said he left in a gold Ford F-150 truck. Other surveillance video captured an image of him walking out of the store.

Officers later received a crime tip that led them to contact Michael Allan Rainyn, who confessed it was him in the video.

Rainyn was arrested Thursday and released on $3,000 bail, WKMG-TV reported.
