UPDATE 10:25 a.m. ET: It appears the original Twitter post featuring the edited video of Dana Loesch has been taken down.
You can still view the video on Loesch's page, however:
Great. Now anti-gun #MomsDemand fans are making videos threatening to kill me: pic.twitter.com/lWTZVSZcRK #gunsense #2A

Original story below
An anti-gun Twitter user on Sunday posted his edited version of a Dana Loesch NRA promotional video in which TheBlaze TV host shoots herself in the head.
Complete with gunfire and blood spatter.
Tom Adelsbach's comment preceding the clip? "Dana Loesch's new promotional video for the #NRA 'backfires' on her."
Here's the clip. (Content warning: The images in the video are graphic and may be disturbing to some readers.):

Think Loesch took this one lying down? Not a chance.
After reposting the clip on her Twitter page — "Great. Now anti-gun #MomsDemand fans are making videos threatening to kill me" — she sprang into action.
Thanks for proving my point of why I carry and fight for that right. People make legitimate threats on my life routinely. #gunsense

She added that she contacted the FBI and then declared that for "every hate Tweet I receive? I’m going to donate to the NRA in that person’s name AND buy myself another box of ammo."

Making good on my word! Here is the tribute to my #NRA donation. More to come! Bring it! pic.twitter.com/Luvd4Q1fWd

But not only did Loesch start sending in donations to the NRA — other folks did as well, and even joined up. And when they let her know, Loesch retweeted the news.
Then she came up with another nifty plan:
Next week I’ll read the hate in a sponsored segment and make money off those who sent hate Tweets. I can’t lose! #2A

And the hits just kept on coming:
Follow @DLoesch's lead & donate to @NRA today. Tell anti-gun fanatics enough is enough. I did... #2A #MissouriProud pic.twitter.com/ghUg8DWRRC

@DLoesch never thought I'd join the #NRA .. just did. pic.twitter.com/fm9b7kdthy

Of the anti-gun people the men have said they want to shoot me or hit me and the woman call me an “adulteress” and a “slut.” LOL. #2A

All the way into Sunday night:
@DLoesch please thank your haters for the motivation. Now a member! pic.twitter.com/k29cVnNEk9

Oh, and as for the guy who posted the video? He appeared to spend most of the remainder of the day sending out follow-up tweets of this nature:
(No, you joined the NRA because your penis is so small it's immeasurable.) https://t.co/UVM7Hq4tet
