Trump Campaign Sends 'Care Package' to Rubio's Office With a Note. Inside, Were These Items

Donald Trump's feud with Marco Rubio has soared to new levels.

On Monday, the real estate tycoon's campaign sent a "care package" to the Florida senator's D.C. office with several items aimed at poking fun at how much he sweats.

Inside was a 24-bottle case of "Trump Ice Natural Spring Water" and "Make America Great Again" towels, among other campaign material.

"Since you're always sweating, we thought you could use some water. Enjoy!" a note inside read.

A Trump campaign aide told CNN, which first reported the story, that the towels were "for him sweating."

Rubio, who has seen a recent surge in the polls, has taken on increased scrutiny from Trump. The billionaire often tweets criticism about him and has blasted Rubio for how much he sweats.

"I've never seen a young guy sweat that much. He's drinking water, water, water. I never saw anything like this with him with the water," Trump said at a South Carolina campaign event last week.
